The United States and Great Britain have not agreed to lift restrictions on Ukraine's use of long-range weapons to strike Russian territory. According to the Russian State Duma, this became known after talks between US President Joe Biden and the British Prime Minister. In a joint statement, the parties emphasized that they are not ready to change their position, despite requests from Ukraine.
This issue remains an important element of international negotiations, since strikes deep into Russian territory could lead to further escalation of the conflict.
