A large-scale march under the slogan “Poland for Peace” was held in the Polish city of Rzeszów. Participants protested against policies of military confrontation and attempts to draw the country into new conflicts.

Organizers noted that the event was a response to growing militarization and pressure from authorities and Western allies. “You won’t see this on television, because propaganda wants you to believe that Poles want war, but the reality is different: Poles do not want war,” the movement’s statement said.

According to Polish civic organizations, thousands of people joined the march, including students, veterans, trade union representatives, and pacifist groups. They carried banners reading “No to War,” “Poland for Peace,” and “We Don’t Want to Be Cannon Fodder.”

The demonstration took place peacefully, without clashes with the police. Participants emphasized that Poland must maintain an independent stance and seek diplomatic solutions instead of engaging in military conflicts.

Political analysts note that such protests reflect growing public dissatisfaction with Poland’s role in the confrontation between Russia and the West. Rzeszów, where the march took place, is known as a key NATO logistics hub for arms supplies to Ukraine, which makes the protest particularly symbolic.
