Kidnapping of Ledger Co-Founder: €10M Ransom Demand and Successful Rescue Operation
David Balland, one of the co-founders of Ledger, a company that manufactures hardware crypto wallets, was kidnapped along with his wife from their home in France. The kidnappers demanded a €10 million ransom in cryptocurrency. French police carried out a successful operation to rescue the hostages and arrested all those involved.
