Prince Tsunekazu Takeda Urges Japan to Withdraw from the Paris Climate Agreement
Prince Tsunekazu Takeda, a great-great-grandson of Emperor Meiji, voiced support for Donald Trump’s decision to pull the US out of the Paris Climate Agreement. He suggested Japan should also reconsider its participation, citing excessive decarbonization costs and the lack of significant efforts by major carbon-emitting countries.
