Turkmenistan to Accelerate TAPI Pipeline Construction: A Long-Awaited Breakthrough or Another Failure?
Turkmen President Serdar Berdimuhamedov has ordered an acceleration of the Galkynysh gas field development and the long-stalled construction of the Turkmenistan-Afghanistan-Pakistan-India (TAPI) pipeline.
