Honda and Nissan Join Forces to Develop Cars of the Future
Honda and Nissan have announced plans to form a joint parent company aimed at strengthening their market position and developing advanced automotive technologies. The partnership focuses on optimizing production, supply chains, and achieving a combined annual revenue of $191 billion. The deal is set to be finalized by August 2026, with Mitsubishi considering joining the initiative.
