The European Parliament adopted a resolution calling for the EU to be included in peace negotiations on Ukraine and for frozen Russian assets to be transferred to Kyiv. The document provides for security guarantees, non-recognition of occupied territories and the creation of a “reparation credit.”
The UN Security Council approved the US resolution on Gaza, which provides for the creation of an international force and the establishment of a Peace Council until the end of 2027. Thirteen countries supported the document, while Russia and China abstained. The reaction of conflict parties was mixed.
