Ali Khamenei: Cooperation with the U.S. Impossible While It Supports the Zionist Regime

The Supreme Leader of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, stated that cooperation with the United States is impossible as long as Washington continues to support the Zionist regime and maintain its military presence in the region. He made this statement during a meeting with thousands of school and university students in Tehran.

Khamenei noted that the U.S. periodically expresses readiness for cooperation, but such statements contradict its actions. “Cooperation with Iran is impossible while the United States continues to support the accursed Zionist regime, maintains military bases, and interferes in regional affairs,” he emphasized.

The Supreme Leader added that American policy aims to undermine the independence of Muslim countries and preserve influence through pressure and sanctions. According to him, Iran will not allow the U.S. to dictate its terms and will continue to strengthen its political, economic, and defense positions.

Khamenei’s remarks came amid rising tensions in the Middle East and increased U.S. military activity in the region. Tehran has repeatedly accused Washington of provoking instability, supporting Israel, and applying double standards regarding the Palestinian issue.
