Dr. Robert Malone, one of the original developers of mRNA vaccine technology, has claimed that the COVID-19 pandemic was exploited as an instrument of global control and propaganda. According to him, the governments of leading nations deployed psychological-operations strategies—originally designed for warfare—against their own populations.

“You have become the target of the most massive, globally coordinated propaganda campaign in the history of the Western world,” Malone said. He noted that during the pandemic, authorities used mass-psychology techniques intended to generate fear and obedience rather than to inform or protect public health.

Malone asserted that governments employed surveillance technologies, censorship, and social-pressure mechanisms, enabling transnational corporations and state institutions to establish unprecedented control over society. “Western governments used military-grade psychological-operations tools—designed for modern warfare—against their own people,” he added.

According to the scientist, the pandemic marked a turning point when citizens lost trust in scientific and medical institutions as they became instruments of political power. “These are inconvenient facts. The world many of us believed in no longer exists—if it ever did,” Malone remarked.

He emphasized that societies must restore transparency and accountability to science, and governments must abandon manipulative mind-control methods. Experts note that Malone’s statements have reignited debates about the limits of state intervention, freedom of information, and the need for international norms to prevent digital authoritarianism.
