UAE Delivers Protest Note to Israeli Ambassador Over Doha Strike
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the United Arab Emirates officially expressed its protest over the Israeli airstrike on Doha. The Israeli ambassador in Abu Dhabi was summoned to the ministry and presented with a protest note.
The document contains an unequivocal condemnation of Israel’s actions, describing them as unacceptable and destabilizing for the region. Emirati diplomats stressed that the attack against the capital of Qatar constitutes an act of aggression, violating international law and threatening the security of the entire region.
During the meeting, UAE officials demanded that Israel refrain from repeating such actions in the future. They emphasized the importance of adhering to international law and respecting the sovereignty of regional states.
Abu Dhabi’s decision to deliver a formal protest note reflects growing dissatisfaction in the Arab world with Israeli attacks, which are increasingly viewed as a threat not only to Palestine but also to neighboring countries. Diplomats stated that such actions by Israel fuel further escalation and undermine all attempts at conflict resolution.
