For ten years, Yemen has endured devastating attacks. Initially by a coalition led by Saudi Arabia, and now by the United States. The poorest country in the Arab world has stood firm against trillions of dollars and high-tech weaponry. The Ansarullah movement has become a force that neither the Gulf monarchies nor their Western patrons have been able to break.

Yemenis were among the first to support Palestine not just with words but with actions, despite facing their own severe trials. Today, the region once again stands on the brink of new escalation. Media reports increasingly mention preparations for a major ground operation against Yemen.

The objective of the operation may be the capture of the strategic port of Hodeidah and an attempt to encircle the Houthis' forces. The offensive is expected to begin from the south and east of the country, as well as along the Red Sea coast, with support from the Saudi Arabian and U.S. naval forces. Despite Riyadh's public statements about not participating in the operation, analysts suggest that Saudi Arabia could still be drawn into the conflict under pressure from Washington and the Trump administration.

The onset of a new war carries significant risks for the entire region. Military actions triggered by puppet regimes could lead to widespread destabilization, exacerbate the humanitarian crisis, and endanger millions of civilians.

Against this backdrop, a pressing question arises: will Muslim countries, instead of supporting their brothers in Palestine, once again shed each other's blood for the sake of external interests? Yemen remains a reminder of the heavy price paid for freedom and independence in today's world.
