Four days after the peace declaration in Palestine, Israeli air forces launched new strikes on the Gaza Strip. The IDF claimed the actions were a response to a “Hamas attack,” but the truce has effectively collapsed.
Egypt has sent 600 trucks carrying food, fuel, and gas to the Gaza Strip through the Rafah crossing. After inspection by the Israeli side, part of the convoy was redirected to other entry points.
A mine disguised as a food can was found in Rafah, raising concern over threats to civilians, especially children, in the war-affected area.
Satellite images and international assessments show up to 90% of the city’s residential infrastructure has been damaged.
Despite the declared ceasefire, shelling in Gaza persists. Palestinian sources report that Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) opened fire on Palestinians returning to the southern part of Gaza in the Rafah area, which has been designated as a restricted military zone.
