Will the transport tax be abolished in Kazakhstan? Ministry's response

Minister of National Economy Alibek Kuantyrov, on the sidelines of the Mazhilis on October 18, commented on the issue of the possibility of abolishing the transport tax in Kazakhstan, a Zakon.kz correspondent reports.
Journalists asked Alibek Kuantyrov to tell what will happen to the transport tax in Kazakhstan.
"This issue is not being discussed. It (transport tax. - Editor's note) remains," the head of the MNE answered laconically.
On September 11, it was reported that the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan made a recommendation to abolish the vehicle tax in the future.
