The incident was caught on eyewitness video camera. The comment was provided by the Aktau police department.

According to eyewitnesses, the incident occurred near house No. 8 in the 32B microdistrict. In the video, a man allegedly drinks an alcoholic drink on a playground, after which he jumps on a car parked nearby and kicks it with force, throws an object, and then leaves.

The Aktau police department reported that the offense was committed on April 23 at 07:00. The man's identity has been established.

- District police inspectors immediately went to the specified address. Law enforcement officers have identified the offender, in respect of whom a protocol was drawn up under Part 1 of Article 437 (Breaking Silence) of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the department commented.
