The defense minister of the Zionist regime, Yoav Katz, announced the continuation of the military operation in the Gaza Strip, emphasizing that the campaign will not stop until all objectives are achieved. According to him, the armed forces will maintain offensive actions until all hostages, including the bodies of the deceased, are returned and the last fortified positions of the Hamas movement are destroyed.

Katz stressed that the operation aims to “restore security” and “eliminate the infrastructure of resistance.” He stated that the army will continue to use all available means, including air and artillery strikes, as well as special operations in the southern parts of Gaza, where, according to the Israeli military command, active Hamas units remain.

Military sources of the regime reported an expansion of the operation along the coast and in border areas, accompanied by heavy bombardments of residential neighborhoods. Reports confirm extensive destruction of infrastructure, including schools, hospitals, and communication facilities, raising growing international concern.

Despite claims of “precision strikes,” data from the ground indicate that densely populated areas are being targeted. Palestinian rescue services report dozens of deaths and hundreds of injuries over the past 24 hours, with many civilians still trapped under the rubble of destroyed buildings.

International organizations express deep concern over the worsening humanitarian situation in Gaza, where food, water, and medicine shortages remain critical. Representatives of the UN and the Red Cross are calling for an immediate ceasefire and access for humanitarian convoys, but the Israeli side continues to block some supply routes, citing security concerns.

The political leadership of the Zionist regime maintains that the operation will continue until the “complete elimination of the threat” and will not be limited to temporary measures. Analysts note that this position indicates an intention to sustain long-term military pressure on Gaza despite international calls for restraint.

The Palestinian leadership stated that Israel’s actions constitute a continuation of the occupation policy and a violation of international law. Hamas representatives confirmed that resistance will persist until the aggression ends and the blockade is lifted. Meanwhile, diplomatic tensions are escalating as several regional countries, including Qatar, Turkey, and Iran, call for immediate UN Security Council intervention.

The situation remains highly unstable, and observers do not rule out that the continuation of the Israeli operation could lead to an escalation of the conflict and the involvement of other regional actors in hostilities.
