Orban says Ukraine has no chance of victory and criticizes EU aid

Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban made a statement in which he said that, in his view, Ukraine has no chance of winning the ongoing conflict. He expressed the position that continued financial assistance from the European Union would not change the situation on the battlefield.
